Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy® is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the dissemination of knowledge relating to all aspects of antimicrobial agents. Any report involving studies of or with antibacterial, antiviral (including antiretroviral), antifungal, or antiparasitic agents as these relate to human disease is within the purview of AAC. Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the American Society for Microbiology. It covers antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic agents and chemotherapy. The editor-in-chief is Cesar A.
