Angewandte Chemie is a journal of the German Chemical Society (GDCh). With an excellent Impact Factor of 16.6 (2022 Journal Citation Reports, Clarivate, 2023), the journal is maintaining its leading position among scholarly journals with a focus on general chemistry. It appears weekly in a highly optimized, reader-friendly format; new articles appear online almost every day. Founded in 1887, Angewandte Chemie is one of the prime chemistry journals in the world today.
