Amity Journal of Management Research (AJMR), established in 2016, publishes scholarly research in the vast and complete area of management including complex and cross-functional research among different domains of management to generate outstanding research output at an international level. AJMR plays a significant role in generating new ideas and new viewpoints to existing research and provides a platform for academicians, industry and research scholars from across the world to contribute for enhancement of the management concepts. An International, Indexed, Biannual, Double-blind Reviewed and Refereed Journal, Amity Journal of Management Research (AJMR), welcomes contemporary and original research, both empirical and conceptual within the broad area of management including but not limited to, finance, marketing, human resource management, e-commerce, operations, supply chain management, economics, global business, international business and so on. Published twice a year, the journal is the official publication of Amity Directorate of Management and Allied Areas (ADMAA), a research unit of Amity University, a leading innovation and research driven Private University in India. Manuscripts considered suitable for publication in Amity Journal of Management Research (AJMR) could be theoretical/conceptual, empirical, original, cross-functional and applied research papers, articles, case studies, technical notes, monographs, book reviews and doctoral dissertations.
