We publish the following article types: original research articles, letters, reviews and editorials. AIMS Geosciences is an open-access international journal devoted to quarterly publishing peer-reviewed, high quality and innovative scientific research in all major geo- and sun-earth sciences disciplines including the underlying processes. The journal places a special emphasis on papers addressing traditional geography and the Sun-Earth system., and topics at the multi-disciplinary boundaries of these fields. In addition, papers addressing a wide range of methodological articles of relevance, from theory through modelling to experimental and instrumental developments, to the geosciences community (remote sensing, field campaigns, and modeling) are also encouraged. The objective is to address the actual scientific and societal in-fine questions using geo-scientific studies.
