Activitas Nervosa Superior Rediviva is an international peer reviewed scientific journal dedicated to neuroscience, neurology, psychiatry, and interdisciplinary brain research. The journal continues the scholarly tradition of Activitas Nervosa Superior, originally founded in 1959, and was relaunched under its current title in 2009. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, clinical studies, experimental investigations, and theoretical papers related to the nervous system and brain function. Its scope includes neurophysiology, neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience, psychophysiology, behavioral medicine, and psychiatric research. The publication encourages collaboration among neurologists, psychiatrists, neuroscientists, psychologists, and medical researchers from around the world. The journal particularly focuses on advancing knowledge about neurological disorders, cognitive processes, mental health conditions, and neural mechanisms underlying behavior and cognition. It also supports translational and experimental studies connecting laboratory neuroscience with clinical applications. Activitas Nervosa Superior Rediviva has gained recognition as a specialized academic platform for neuroscience research, especially within Central and Eastern European scientific communities.
