Acta Genetica et Statistica Medica was an influential international scientific journal devoted to human genetics, medical heredity, and statistical methods in biological research. Established in 1948 in Basel, Switzerland, the journal became one of the early European platforms dedicated to the rapidly developing field of human and medical genetics.
