Late beloved President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, often used to tell the youth that they must have a dream and they should work hard to realize it. We too have a dream, that is, of raising our students to the highest pedestal of knowledge, and to the best of career and character. Let us work unitedly and wholeheartedly, to fulfill that dream. Thank you. Education is an important tool that enables a person to know his rights and duties towards his family, society as well as his country. Education develops the vision of a person to see the world and also the capacity to fight against the wrong things, like, injustice, corruption, violence, etc. The study is not a secret that is the main weapon to improve our present and future life. It also improves the confidence of a person in his life and confidence is an important key to success. Our college, VNS College of Arts and Science, Konnappara, Konni started in 2002, affiliated with M.G University. We have seven UG and three PG courses. Our college has just completed twenty memorable years of service in the field of higher education. The primary goal is to meet the educational needs of students in the region and help them reach their full potential. To make this happen, the university has not only focused on high-quality infrastructure facilities and teaching methodologies, but also on the environment in which students spend time. To that extent, special efforts have been made to look into minute details, be it the right value system. VNS College not only focuses on the theoretical curriculum but also helps in the development of a student's personality, extracurricular activities, and overall perspectives.
