Industrialist by Profession, Shri Vinay Kumar Jain, founded Basant Education Society in 2004 which believes in education for all. The objective of the Basant Education Society is to encourage Education and Research for the reconstruction of Humanity n and Research for the reconstruction of Humanity and an uncorrupted Society. Vidhyashram Institute of Teacher’s Training, Jodhpur was established in the year 2008 under the patronship of Basant Education Society offering 1 year B.Ed program recognized by the National Council of Teacher’s Education under the affiliation of Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. As per the NCTE Regulations-2014, the curriculum & duration of the B.Ed Program were reformed to 2 Years. VITT has also obtained the status of Minority Educational Institution in 2014 to serve the community earnestly. Today, Vidhyashram Institute of Teacher’s Training is successfully running 2 Years B.Ed and 4 Years Integrated B.A.-B.Ed Programs with an intake of 100 in each program.
