In the modern era, transparency and accountability can be brought into the system only by the use of new technology. Following this principle, the Government of Uttar Pradesh is trying to bring Madarsa's on a unified platform through a special portal a's on a unified platform through a special portal. Registration of all recognized Madarsa on the portal has been made mandatory. Through the portal itself, the examinations of Munshi/Maulvi (Secondary), Alim (Senior Secondary), Kamil and Fazil are being conducted from the year 2018. Through online implementation of portals and schemes, transparency, quality and credibility will be brought in the works of the council. Inspector Arabic Madrasa U.P. under the Education Department. Madrasa Grant- From time to time, the permanent recognized madarsa of Alia level run by the state government in the state have been taken on the grant list. For which the proposals received are examined and it is recommended to include the madarsa which fulfill the criteria and conditions for grant. At present, the total number of permanent recognized aided madrassas of Aaliya level are 560, in which the number of working teachers / non-teaching staff are as follows:- Operation of Madarsa- Under the Uttar Pradesh Madarsa Education Council Act-2004 in the madarsa recognized by the council, the madarsa are complied with as per the conditions/restrictions contained in the Regulations 2016. When deficiencies are noticed, notices are given for redressal. Inspection of madarsa is also done from time to time. Suggestions are also given for efficient operation. There is also suspension/withdrawal of recognition for disobeying orders or non-fulfilment of any standard. Control of Madarsa- In order to control all the recognized madrassas located in the state, the provisions contained in the UP Government Arabic and Persian Madrasa Recognition and Administration Service Regulations 2016 are followed. Apart from this, District Minority Welfare Officers have been posted at the district level to control madarsa. Along with this, registrar/inspector and sub registrar are working at the level of UP Madarsa Education Council to control madarsa of the entire state. The Registrar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Council.
