About Tolani Motwane Institute of Law - [TMIL], Kachchh
Tolani Institute of Law is affiliated to K.S.K.V.Kachchh University and recognized by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. It conducts three year LL.B programme (General & Special) through Credit based System. The Institute is started in 2006-2007 an d System. The Institute is started in 2006-2007 and in short time, it has its own building and other infrastructural facilities. The students from the Kachchh District are enrolling themselves to this institute. The admission is given on the merit basis and all the norms of BCI as well as KSKV Kachchh University are being followed. The Institute is conducting internal examination as per norms of KSKV Kachchh University. The Institute encourages the students to actively participate other activities of the Institute. Promoting and guiding equal, fair and just society by imparting legal education to future law professionals This institute is with object to cater the need of western parts of the Gujarat state come into existence at Adipur under the banner of Tolani Vidya Mandir. The Law Institute is providing three year bachelor degree programme at the initial stage affiliated to KSKV Kachchh University and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The institute is having its own new building within short span of time from its commencement. The institute is committed to provide quality legal education to fulfil the requirement of industry as well to produce qualified advocates. The students have been given opportunities, new ideas and innovative teaching to swim in the law of ocean. The various tools of teaching such as case study method, discussion method, debate, presentation & Assignment, Moot courts and lecture method are being adopted for overall development of the students. The Institute is having updated library of numbers of books. All India Reporter, Criminal Law Journals, Gujarat Law Reporters, Criminal Digest, Civil Digest, Service rules Digest, Tax Reporters and many more books are available at the library for up to date information to the Students. The institute is shifted to its own new building from the academic year 2010-11. The new building has class rooms, library, computer laboratory, activity cum moot court room and open auditorium. This centre for legal profession is not merely imparting bookish knowledge but also engaging in making understating the system of legal profession.
