hiru Kailaya Hierarchy and Kailaisree Meikandar Lineage H.H. THAVATHIRU SANTHALINGA ADIGALAR the founder of Peruradheenam, lived in the 17 th Century. 1 He was a Veera saiva sage. He authored four sacred scriptures. H.H. attained salvation on t ur sacred scriptures. H.H. attained salvation on the day of Masi Maham. Then the mutt came under the headship of many pontiffs. 1 In 1939 H.H. Aarumuga adigalar became the head pontiff of the mutt. He rendered his service for about 38 years. In 1950 H.H. Ramasamy adigalar became the junior pontiff and in 1967 H.H. took the charge of head pointff. 1 He toiled with his flowers and developed the mutt and establish educational institution. In 1972 madras university selected H.H as syndicate member. H.H rendered religious service as well as educational service. 1 He renderd his educational service as a professor, principal and secretary of the College. Simplicity, hardworking, perseverance, hospitality, and the uttermost involvement in commitment and on tamil language are some of his praiseworthy qualities. Opportunities are created for the workers to study under distance education programe. The Alumni of the college have opportunities to motivate our students to get placements in companies. 2 The internship training, the industrial visits and educational tours are a good platform to widen their knowledge and experience. Moving to green pastures is a great problem in colleges. There is a heavy competition due to mushroom growth of colleges. The teaching faculty have a busy schedule and for them it is difficult to concentrate on other programs.
