TeamLease Skills University (TLSU) is India's First Vocational Skills University, established under Public-Private-Partnership with the Government of Gujarat (Gazette Notification: Gujarat Act No. 18 of 2013) under Gujarat Private Universities (Amend of 2013) under Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2013 with effect from 22nd April 2013. TLSU is clearly focused on Putting India to Work by offering employment oriented Programmes and creating a career path for non-graduate employees through our unique Programme for working professionals. TLSU seeks to address the gaps in Indian higher education system in relation to curricular irrelevance, graduate unemployability, low esteem for skill based Programmes and apathy to the informal workforce.
