The Institute is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, Noida and IGNOU, New Delhi The State Institute of Hospitality Management Kozhikode is an Autonomous Institute jointly sponsored by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala. Registered under Society of Registration Act with District Registrar of Societies, Kozhikode. Ever since the first academic session commenced on July, SIHM Kozhikode is regarded to be the right place to acquire skills and knowledge and to improve the attitude and professional skills of young and motivated spirits in the field of Hospitality Management. The facilities and amenities have been created adhering to accredited norms of National Council for Hotel Management in respect to building planning, staffing, equipment requirements, and infrastructure facilities. The Institute is fully equipped with appropriate laboratories and classrooms for the B.Sc. Degree Program. Institute is also outfitted with experienced faculty, well-appointed & well-equipped labs, classrooms, guest rooms and a well furnished library.
