The extracurricular St. Berchmans College, most commonly known as SB College, is ns College, most commonly known as SB College, is one of the first autonomous colleges, situated in Changanasserry, 17 km from Kottayam, in Kerala, India. Established in 1922, the college is considered to be one of the oldest and premier institutions of higher education in India. The University Grants Commission (UGC) identified the college under its “College with PotentiSt Berchmans College is the first higher education institution under the Syro-Malabar Catholic Archeparchy of Changanacherry.
