It has been told that the post of section writer Satyendra Singh (48), resident of Rajgarh (Sirmour), posted in the SDM office, is currently in charge of the reader of SDM. He had demanded bribe from Sagar Mishra (24) of Moharba village, saying that the SDM would get a decision in his favor in his case related to land. The accused had called the SDM office on Thursday with Rs 21,500. As soon as the complainant arrived with the said amount, he gave the money to the accused. Due to prior information about this, the Lokayukta team was present nearby. The accused was caught in his office. was a dispute going on regarding the ownership of land in the complainant's village. This case did not come in his favor in the tehsil. Therefore he appealed in the SDM court. Meanwhile, he met the accused reader who demanded money and said that if he gives him the money, he will get the decision taken in his favor. It has been reported that the reader took bribe in the decision given by the SDM, whereas this decision was to be taken by the SDM. Therefore the role of SDM will also be examined.
