Shuruwat Foundation is an NGO registered under Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam 1973 (Section 44) and has been working consistently on some of the most pressing issues prevailing in the society. Here's an insight into the main areas that Shuruwat Foundation has been paying attention to: Education Shuruwat Ki Paathshala, an initiative by Shuruwat Foundation aims to promote education among underprivileged sections of the society. Environment Protection A few initiatives are being undertaken by Shuruwat Foundation's ambitious team members to promote cleanliness and environmental protection among the local residents and general public. Animal Welfare Shuruwat Foundation supports street animals and those abandoned by the people by feeding them regularly and at times also providing them good shelter. Better Healthcare Regular events and camps are organised in collaboration with a few doctors and health experts for underprivileged sections in order to facilitate proper medical help to those who can not afford to pay for medical facilities of hospitals and clinics. Shuruwat Foundation established its Dehradun chapter in October 2020 which is headed by Ishanth Bansal, and currently has more than 100 members who actively working for the welfare of underprivileged sections and other social issues.Apart from having done various collaborations, tie-ups, and regular food distribution, Dehradun team played a crucial role during the recent Covid-19 crisis by forming a Covid Helpline and facilitating information regarding the availability of beds and oxygen cylinders by gathering info from all over the country.
