We are situated at Jamnagar city, Gujarat, India. Our institution is Womens only institution and it is managed by Hon. Trustees of Shri Kasturba Stri Vikas Gruh. Institution was recognised by Currently we are offering course named "Primary Teacher C ly we are offering course named "Primary Teacher Course" which is desgined by Department of Primary Eduction of Government of Gujarat. Admission producre is carried out by Gujarat Government purely on merit basis. Each year about 50 students are inducted into this course. We imparts tranining to student which help them being "Good Teachers". Our institution is spread out in about 9000 sq ft area which includes 30 room hostel, library, computer lab, laboratory and play ground. Parent Trust and Trustees have won many State level & National awards. In the year 1982 they receive "Rajya Partishtha Award" from State Government and in the year 1983 & 1987 founder member of institute Late Smt. Manjulaben Dave received National award for her work in this field. In the year 1960 trustees of Shri Kasturba Stri Vikas Gruh, Jamnagar started this institution with the aim of providing education to womens specially those who are deprived of their basic rights with an aim to make them self-reliant, so that they can can also live a life with self respect and dignity. Since last many years Shri Kastruba Stri vikas Gruh is working toward social uplifments of womans and children by running several charitable institutions and also running schools, library and colleges. Today, after about 4 decades, our institution has successfully worked toward achieveing the prime objective of quality eduction to womens. Currently about INTEK 50 womens are trained in each batch for course known as "Primary Teacher Course" (P.T.C) which is designed to make students "Good Teacher" for teaching in primary schools.
