The School of Computer Sciences at Central University of Karnataka was started in 2012. The motto of the School is to create sophisticated and skilled professional for next generation computing world. In addition to such facility, the Department aims to create an ambiance for learning and research for the students as well as the faculty. School of Computer Science presently offers the courses namely Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science (Ph.D). The B.Sc. in Computer Science will be started from academic year (2022-2023). The learner centric approach is ensured through student seminars, assignments, project work, visits etc. making students a part of the research done by the faculty and publications in refereed journals. Syllabus has been designed keeping in view requirement of the industry and regularly updated with the latest technology. Innovative Student Projects with new ideas is part of curriculum.
