About Red Crescent College of Nursing
The Al-Irshad charitable Society is a Registered Society which was established in the year 1995 with the goal of providing high-quality health care to the society in a non-profit setting. The association began with the Red Crescent Hospital in Fer iation began with the Red Crescent Hospital in Feroke, Calicut in the year 1995 Later, the hospital was upgraded to a 250-bed multispecialty hospital, including a cardiac super specialty. In the year 2003. The society established Red crescent School of Nursing with GNM diploma course , which was later promoted to a degree level, Bsc Nursing, in the year 2010 and changed as Red Crescent College of Nursing . The college of nursing is presently effectively operating with the 12th batch of Bsc Nursing students.Our Vision is to heal and comfort the suffering humanity with compassion and respect; and to be recognized as a Global leader in Nursing education and research. “Diligence and Dedication to the service of humanity” To promote professionalism by quality and value driven education with a global outlook. • To make learning an exciting experience that inspires learners to reach their full potential as lifelong learners. • To train young professionals for leadership to respond to the health care needs of the public. • To foster synergy and integration between research, education and practice by promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and partnership. • To empower future nurses with our realistic goal and expectations through service and propagating our vision to the nation and beyond.
