PGDM is a two year full time residential program approved by AICTE with an emphasis on developing the candidate's ability to translate theory into practice. It aims at promoting an inquiring & analytical mind, which proactively seeks the right knowle cal mind, which proactively seeks the right knowledge, acquires the appropriate skills and promotes the right attitude to develop capabilities needed to manage enterprises in the 21st century. Interactive skills of effective communication, conflict management, negotiation and mobilizing individuals towards common goals are some of the essential ingredients of effective management. The institute hones these skills of its students for making them effective learners and team players in organizations. Emphasis is laid on practical project work as a part of regular course. While working on projects, students are required to interact with managers from the industry. Thus MEFGI fulfils its commitment of imparting quality academic learning along with skills of industrial standards through in-depth knowledge of concepts and their implementations. The proven skill set makes our students capable of facing managerial challenges and they become widely acceptable in the corporate and government sectors.
