Delivering the welcome address, Dr.K.Kumaresan, HOD, Dept of Mechanical Engineering welcomed the Chief Guest, Mr M.Madhanraj, Examiner of patents and designs Indian patent office, Chennai, and all the participants gathered at the event. The session was presided by Prof AP Haran, Dean, Mechanical Science, PCET.
