The Nootan College of Physiotherapy (NCP) is a constituent college of Sankalchand Patel University established in the year 2016. The college has emerged as a pioneer in the field of Physiotherapy within a short span of time. The college is recognized in a short span of time. The college is recognized by Govt. Of Gujarat, and Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy. At present, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) academic programs are offered by NCP under the aegis of the Faculty of Physiotherapy. Whereas, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD-PT) is offered by SPU. The faculties at Nootan College of Physiotherapy are strongly committed to provide skill and value based learning considering the societal needs. The college emphasizes on imparting quality education to our students in a stimulating & encouraging environment with latest and modern infrastructure. The education and training are designed and guided by well – experienced medical professionals with the aim to contribute to the holistic development of the students. The program includes clinical experience in all areas combined with theoretical instructions To produce professionals engaged in the prevention, acute care and cure of ill patients The program aims to upheld the promotion of optimal independence, maintenance of health of individuals, family and community at large as well as occupational hazards including sports injuries The Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal (NSVKM) was established in 1952 with the objective of working towards educational and socio-cultural needs for the people of North Gujarat. Under the dynamic leadership of Shri Prakashbhai Patel, Chairman, the trust has successfully achieved its goal to fulfill educational needs in the area through the Nootan Education Group consisting of 2 schools and 13 collegeson two separate campuses. The trust began its 1st educational activity with the set up of a school known as Nootan High School, Visnagar. The Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal (NSVKM) was established in 1952 with the objective of working towards educational and socio-cultural needs for the people of North Gujarat. Under the dynamic leadership of Shri Prakashbhai Patel, Chairman, the trust has successfully achieved its goal to fulfill educational needs in the area through the Nootan Education Group consisting of 2 schools and 13 collegeson two separate campuses. The trust began its 1st educational activity with the set up of a school known as Nootan High School, Visnagar. With the visionary approach of Shri Parakashbhai Patel and trusties, NSVKM has strongly achieved the status of Sankalchand Patel University and created a path for value based diversified education in north Gujarat region and taking it beyond. Today, the trust successfully administrates educational institutions from primary schools to graduate and post graduate colleges and other professional courses. The trust’s consistent efforts in education have earned its institutes and colleges many merits and a strong name in the educational movement in India. The phenomenal growth and development of Visnagar, the well planned and unique educational township situated in the north of the Gujarat State, is stranger than fiction.
