With reference of Delhi Gazette published on Thursday, September 27, 2018 vide No. F. 14(7)/LA-2015/PF-III/SB(2018)/2017.—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of The Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 20 lhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017 (DELHI ACT 06 of 2018), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 26th September 2018 as the date on which the University by the name of Netaji Subhas University of Technology, shall be Established. Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) is a seat of higher technical education in India. Prof. Jai Prakash Saini is the Founder Vice-Chancellor of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi.
