About Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan, Bhopal
Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan was established in 2008 through an Act to regulate Sanskrit education at the school level and other matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, with the objective of promoting research and comprehensive s bjective of promoting research and comprehensive study in the field of teaching of Sanskrit and its literature. According to the provision of Section 3(1) of the Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan Act 2007 by the State Government, order No. 1 44-1/2007/20-3 of the School Education Department, Ministry, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan has become effective from 18-09-2008. Jiwaji Observatory, Ujjain and State Yoga Training Center, Bhopal have been vested in Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan.
