De big and small, wherever and however they shop. Designing a more inclusive future of style We’re investing in underrepresented designers, brands and business partners by providing access to education, customers and capital through best-in-class development programs including The Workshop at Macy’s and more. Advancing rights, justice and equal opportunity We’re advancing a more equitable future, and Macy’s, Inc. has focused corporate grant funding towards organizations on the front lines of advancing human rights, social justice, workforce development and economic opportunity. At Macy's, Inc., we are guided by our values, which are embedded in how we think, act and operate and are woven throughout our business strategy. We call it Mission Every One. As part of this mission, we are directing $5 billion of our spend through 2025 to our people, partners, products and programs to create a more equitable and sustainable future. We believe that when our business includes everyone with a seat at the table, full potential can be realized, and innovation is unlocked. These three pillars of impact are what our social purpose platform Mission Every One, is built upon. Increasing use of sustainable materials We're incorporating sustainably sourced raw materials and fibers into the design of our own products* (including cotton, synthetic, and all wood-based materials) to support our ambition of achieving 100% preferred materials in Macy's, Inc. Caring for people and planet We're advancing worker's rights, women's equality, and family well-being in our global Private Brands value chain by partnering with programs like RISE: Reimagining Industry to Support Equality.
