Klancy Street is a collaborative practice that engages talented professionals from various disciplines to address unique client needs, interests, or preferences and to serve parties in various locations. All involved share the belief that common grou ns. All involved share the belief that common ground is possible even when it’s hard to find. At Klancy Street, we provide external, independent, impartial assistance to individuals, groups, organizations, and government entities that need help working with others to address, manage, or resolve matters of mutual concern. Our work generally involves coaching, consulting, facilitation, mediation, or training that positions Klancy Street clients and their partners to walk away feeling good about the results they achieved. Occasionally, more formal legal advice is needed. We provide that too. Whether at the dinner table, in the neighborhood, at school, or in city council meetings, folks often need help producing outcomes that satisfy multiple interests. Klancy Street is based on the belief that disagreements are inevitable and that working through them in a way that satisfies all stakeholders is often the preferred path forward. As coaches, facilitators, mediators, educators, consultants, and attorneys, we believe our job is to help you get there. We also believe that accepting responsibility for behavior that harms others creates an opportunity for growth and healing at various levels.
