Our school is remarkable for many reasons: it is the living, breathing embodiment of the vision of its founder, Mrs. Vasantha Selvanagayam, which apart from academic achievement also valued the development of team-spirit, mutual respect and a sense of responsibility to oneself and to others. Our school is the legacy of those who shared our Correspondent’s value of education and her love of this beautiful island and its inspiring, gifted people. Our school is also remarkable for not only surviving but, indeed, prospering, throughout the twentieth century.
