Samshrutein gamemahi' adopting this Vedic phrase as the motto, on July 1984, Kanpur Vidya Mandir society established Kanpur Vidya Mandir Mahila Mahvidyalaya for imparting value-based quality education to girls for every strata of the society. Begi to girls for every strata of the society. Beginning with graduation course in Humanities stream, the college soon got approval for graduation courses in Science (both Biology and Maths group) and post- graduation course in Sanskrit and Education. The college has also introduced graduation course in Commerce. Now, the sapling has flourished into to a full grown tree, whose branches are spread far and wide. Under the proper mentoring of efficient teachers, the girls will surely evolve into the makers of the future of our nation. We put in our sincere efforts to prepare the students to contribute in the progression of the society in their best capacity and, to prepare them to withstand the challenges of fast changing times, maintaining a healthy balance between tradition and modern requirements.
