Kanoria Centre for Medical Education (KCME) was started in the year 2004 in the same hospital campus. The centre’s reputation has been growing in the past 7-8 years and we now have 140 students and we expect more students in the current year. The c we expect more students in the current year. The centre is affiliated to Gujarat University (GU) and Gujarat Council for Vocational Training (GCVT) and is also ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our students come from all parts of Gujarat and about 30% of them are from Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe category, almost 75% are women, which means, that we encourage more women empowerment making women independent to earn their livelihood and support their families. In our education centre we are providing education of high quality to make our students specially women self-sufficient and able to earn their livelihood to support their family. KCME, at Kanoria Hospital is happy to announce the advanced courses in the field of Mental Health, Counselling with Excellent campus facility, Academic and Clinical Environment with strong hospital base, eminent faculty. The trainees will be provided theoretical and practical training with heavy emphasis on clinical practical work. The campus has well equipped lecture halls, laboratory building for practical, fully equipped library, Coordinator rooms, etc. We endeavour to provide a top of line program for the students in a beautiful, pollution free and lush green atmosphere in a large campus including canteen facilities. Kanoria Seva Kendra is a Charitable Trust founded by late Shri Radhakissen Kanoria and now headed by his son Kailash Kumar Kanoria for their philanthropic activities in area of Medical, Education and Religion. Kanoria Seva Kendra is a Charitable Trust registered at the Charitable Trust Registration Office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 30th July, 1992. The Trust established Kanoria Hospital and Research Centre in year 1987 at Bhat Village, Gandhinagar, Gujarat catering to the needs of neighbouring rural populations. The motto of the hospital is to provide services to the poor & lower income strata of the society at affordable rates. The Kanoria Hospital has full-fledged Health Care Departments like Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, and Psychiatry. It has two well- equipped Operation Theatres and Diagnostic Division comprising of a complete and well equipped Pathology Laboratory, Radiology and facilities of conducting tests like EEG, ECG, Sonography, Tread Mill Test, etc. Hospital provides ambulance service, too. We have a fully equipped modern state of the art 8 bedded Intensive Care Unit (ICU) department with ventilator facilities, cardiac monitors, where we provide service to patients who are in need of medical emergency.
