Dr. Sr. Fides Thottan and her team effectively manage the administrative function of the Hospital. At present Rev. Sr. Vinny Vettukallel is the administrator of Holy Cross Hospital, Kottiyam P.O., Kollam. Lourdes School of Nursing Kottiyam (1958) stands as the first Nursing School in private sector on the State of Kerala. Holy Cross College of Nursing (2003) was the first Nursing College to start Post Basic B.Sc Nursing under University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.
