Green Cloud Consulting believe in building strong relationships with both our clients and the communities in which we operate. Green Cloud Consulting has partnered with the Buk Bilong Pikinini (BbP) charitable organisation and has committed to funding a Library Learning Centre at the Koko Markets in Papua New Guinea providing free Early Childhood Education for 120 students from disadvantaged communities each year. The Koki library is one of Port Moresby’s busiest libraries and many of the children who attend this library have never had access to education before. The Early childhood development program developed by BbP is a comprehensive PNG-focused Literacy, Numeracy and Awareness Curriculum and program aimed to prepare 5-year-old children for school. The 5-year-old children attend the early childhood development program in 2 sessions every morning from Monday to Friday. The program includes teaching of English, BbP’s phonics routines, general health awareness, PNG culture, numeracy, problem solving and educational field trips.
