The GILS is a premier Institute of Gandhinagar University, providing an environment conducive to study the various courses available in graduation as well as post-graduation. The course expands the horizons of critical thinking and encourages student rizons of critical thinking and encourages students to make appropriate decisions in nation building. The GILS offers specialization in different areas ranging from humanities to science. It also offers specialization in different areas of design. GISD offers certificate-based skill development courses in CE/IT, Mechanical, EC/Electrical and Civil branches. The certificate duration ranges from 2 months to 2 years and cover very specific skill area. There are number of skill program available in multidisciplinary which are designed and developed by keeping industry needs and demands. GISD skill program aims to develop qualified candidates with skill proficiency and competency at different levels as per National/State qualification framework of skill education. To strengthen multi-disciplinary, technology-enabled education; promote research for innovation and excellence; train students as responsible future citizens who will strive towards creating a sustainable society.
