The aim of DB IGACT is to provide the young, a holistic formation through a professional training. The institute imparts to the students sound education in Printing, Web Technology and various branches of Graphics Arts – in theory and practice. We s of Graphics Arts – in theory and practice. We strive to form the students into upright and convinced persons, capable of fulfilling their obligations towards self, God and the Society with due emphasis to discipline, virtue, knowledge and art. To provide the young especially from the poor and lower middle class families an all-round development of the persons equipped to respond to the opportunities and challenges of the rapidly changing world. Our method of education is the Preventive System of Don Bosco founded on Reason, Religion and Loving Kindness. The preventive system is the unifying educational basis for working with youth in the worldwide Don Bosco Movement. We provide non-formal diploma courses in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Web Technology and Video Editing. These are job oriented courses completed in four semesters. Don Bosco, a legendary Italian Saint, a luminous educationalist and a great champion of youth, is our inspiration and guiding star. Don Bosco’s magnificent vision of reaching out to millions of youth across the globe is being realized today through his faithful followers – priests, brothers and lay people.
