The Department of Management Studies (DMS) has been Developing Managers for the Society since 1986. Being the first MBA programme of Pondicherry University, it has set the tone for management education in this part of the country and has carved out a n in this part of the country and has carved out a niche for itself. Today DMS offers a classical MBA with dual functional specialization (Finance/HR/Marketing/Operations), a new-age MBA with specialization in Data Analytics, a part-time MBA for working executives and a doctoral research programme.
