The Department of Human Resource Management established in 1994 works with the objective of providing training through a well-developed curriculum/pedagogy to deal with the problems and challenges of managing and developing human resource in the cut- managing and developing human resource in the cut-throat competitive business environment. The Department endeavours to develop professional HR managers for the public and private sector, through its well-designed two-year regular Human Management Program (MHRM). The Department also offers M. Phil (at present it is withhold) and Ph. D. Degrees in Human Resource Management aiming to equip its students for application and dissemination of knowledge in the field of research, teaching and training covering the entire business gamut. Our students are our strength and alumni are our guiding light. The department proves its worth through the excellence, achieved by its products. The department has also maintained its rich legacy by adopting innovative learning process and encouraging its students to initiate and drive various activities that hones their creativity, leadership and develops them as socially sensitive and ethical HR professionals.
