CU Shah College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 1997 under the aegis of Wardhman Bharti Trust. College is self financed technical institute approved by AICTE. Shah College of Engineering and Technology is a self-financed institute established on 15th September, 1997 coinciding with Engineers Day, and commenced academic activities with two disciplines, namely Computer Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The Institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Gujarat. The college is constituent college of C. U. Shah University since 2013.
