Inspired by Rwanda's leaders, Bridge2Rwanda was created in 2007 with two main objectives: Create opportunities for Rwanda's most promising students to obtain a global education Attract global investors to accelerate Rwanda’s economic growth B stors to accelerate Rwanda’s economic growth Build a lifelong fellowship of high-capacity leaders in Africa to accelerate the growth of their countries and improve the lives of others Build a bridge to Rwanda and transform lives at both ends While Bridge2Rwanda is not affiliated with any institutional religious group, we are inspired and guided by the strategy, example, teachings and Spirit of Jesus. We believe our most important mission in life is to love God and love others. We invite people from all faiths and beliefs to join us in the work God is doing in Rwanda and Africa. B2R Farms is committed to mobilizing a new generation of young, educated leaders to become agriculture entrepreneurs and trainers of Foundations for Farming.B2R provides training and career opportunities for university graduates and high capacity young leaders to champion FFF and launch their careers in agriculture. B2R introduces the practices and principles of FFF to small holder farmers to significantly improve the environment, crop yields, personal income and quality of life. B2R seeks to become a catalyst in the development of a profitable horticulture export and commercial farming industry in Rwanda. Our goal is to build a movement that empowers smallholder farmers to make a profit and equips the next generation of agriculture entrepreneurs to build job-creating, export-driven businesses.
