The college holds mock trials, elocution competitions; organises Legal Literacy Camps; and organises visits to the High Court and Supreme Court for its students. The college also organises Assembly Visits for the staff, hold Teacher’s Day, Traditio sits for the staff, hold Teacher’s Day, Traditional Day, a law quiz and holds shibbirs. Students regularly participate in the University Moot Court Competition and routinely win first or second rank. Similarly, Law College students also regularly secure a position in the first five ranks in University exams. Several of our students grace positions of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Police Inspector, P.S.I, Public Prosecutor and are also law teachers amongst other pursuits. To establish and maintain a center for motivating, research, training, excellence, awareness and innovation in legal education with a view to developing and sustaining professionals in legal field and inculcating the spirit of the Con- stitution, Secularism, Scientific temper and Rule of Law amongst them. To enlighten the society of the importance and unity of the true legal professional and to attract talent in legal field and to give them opportunity to reach greater heights in legal profession, judiciary and other avenues of administra- tion either as members of the Bench or Bar or of the executive. To cater to the needs of professional excellence in different fields of law by providing various U.G., P.G. Course, research, Diploma certificate and training Courses in chosen fields. To help, generate resources of social and economic development of the people of this backward district.
