About Asan Memorial College of Engineering & Technology
Founded in 2002, Asan Memorial College of Engineering & Technology (AMCET) is the 7th addition to the Asan Group of Educational Institutions. Located in Chengalpet, AMCET’s college campus is spread over 45 acres of pollution free land with pictures over 45 acres of pollution free land with picturesque hills and valleys forming the backdrop which provides an ideal healthy setting for learning and living. AMCET is a co-educational, non-denominational institution offering education to Students in Engineering and Technology programs, which is dedicated to creating tomorrow’s leaders and supporting today’s pioneers. The college is approved by AICTE and is affiliated to the Anna University, Chennai. The College will, in subsequent years, commence courses in the other traditional engineering branches and also in new emerging engineering disciplines. AMCET also offers post graduate courses in techno-managerial subjects in addition to engineering disciplines. The College further aims at establishing a centre for research, training and consultancy in techno-managerial areas in collaboration with National/International institutions.
