Having undergone the ordeals for higher education in his boyhood, he realized the necessity of quality education in the country and established the institution with the sole aim of providing better opportunities to the younger generation .Appreciating his efforts, he was nominated as a member in the AICTE Regional committee. This institution, recognized by AICTE, and affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, offers graduate and post-graduate courses in various branches of Engineering, Computer Applications and Business Administration. Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (KARE), formerly Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering and Kalasalingam University, is a private deemed to be university located in Krishnankoil near Rajapalayam in Tamil Nadu, India. The campus is close to the ancient temple town of Srivilliputhur. Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education was established in 1984 by the Kalasalingam Anandam Ammal Charities.[2] "Kalvi vallal" Thiru T.
