ALN Rao Memorial Ayurvedic Medical College was established in 1987 by industrialist and social reformer, Sri Aroor Ramesh Rao under the trust of Aroor Educational Trust, with an objective to spread Ayurvedic education and provide health service to th urvedic education and provide health service to the people. The college has the privilege of utilizing the services of internationally reputed professors like Dr. V. N. Joshi, who has been deputed to train students at Thames Valley University, London.
