Al-Azhar consists of five departments namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering Established in 2010 as a private sector self-financing engineering college affiliated to Kerala Technological University, the institute has the approval of AICTE and the Government of Kerala.
