The Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Gujarat has constituted an Admission Committee for Nursing and other courses after Std. 12 in the name of "The Gujarat Professional Nursing & Allied Medical Educational Courses". The above admission committee will conduct the admission process for the following courses. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) Bachelor of Orthotics and Prosthetics (BOP) Bachelor of Optometry (BO) Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) Bachelor of Naturopathy And Yogic Science (BNYS) General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) (Diploma Course) Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives Course (ANM) (Diploma Course) (i) All the sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the Government Schools, Colleges or Institutions of the State, (ii) All the sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the grant-in-aid Schools, Colleges, or Institutions. (iii) Seventy-five percent of the total sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the unaided Schools, Colleges, or Institutions. (I) Fifteen percent seats of the total sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the unaided Schools, Colleges, Insdtutlons or a University: Provided that if a Non-Resident Indian seat remains vacant. such seat shall be filled as Manaaemem seat. {ii) Before commencement of admission process, if any unaided School. College or Institution including university requests to fill up the Non-Resident Indian Seats by the Admission Committee, such Non-resident Scats shall also be considered as available Government seats for granting admission. The admission to the Candidate in the first year of The Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses will be online.
