The institute will provide general/basic medical services as well as advanced specialized treatments like bone marrow transplant, radical prostatectomy, robotic surgery, cardiac valve replacement, organ transplant and stem cell therapy. State-of-the-art 20 modular operating rooms and 7 non-modular operating rooms will be provided for adults and children and neonates besides ancillary and primary care, intensive care units. All except those certified by the treating physician will be charged nominal hospital charges. A welfare society will be formed to work on Formed No Profit No Loss. Low cost outlets for medicines and disposable medical equipment will be set up at prominent locations in the premises. A separately paid outpatient and in-patient will be running for the affluent category. The income generated will be used for the treatment of poor patients. Medical records will be fully computerized including X-ray and ultrasound images. Hygiene, linen, sterilization etc. will be mechanized and outsourced. Private partnerships will be entered into for maintenance of sensitive equipment like CT scan, MRI scan and ventilators, monitors and USG machines, cleaning, porter, security, mail delivery, kitchen and restaurant, laundry and ERP, with which to be outsourced. can Hiring and firing department heads. Sanchi, in Sanskrit literally means – “to measure” and represents complete harmony between mind, body and spirit. Two serpents – indicate the two colors of human existence that practitioners face – life and death, health and disease. "Shardiyadham Khalu Dharmasadhanam" is said to be from a dramatic poem named Kumarasambhavam by the great poet Kalidasa. It means “A healthy body is a means for the fulfillment of duty”.
