AAR Mahaveer Engineering College was started in 2010 by Mahaveer Education Society. The Society, under the stewardship of the Chairman Sri Sudarshan Reddy garu and ably supported by the Secretary Sri Surender Reddy garu, has more than a decade�s ex Surender Reddy garu, has more than a decade�s experience in managing the Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology, which has joined the elite list of highly sought after institutions in the State. Having successfully transformed Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology as a centre of excellence with several undergraduate and post graduate courses, the Management decided to establish a new engineering college. The establishment of AAR Mahaveer Engineering College during the Academic Year 2010-11 heralded a bold step towards youth's Empowerment in the State Capital Hyderabad. The college is located within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, well connected with APSRTC buses and metro rail service, and yet away from the noise and pollution of the metropolis. The college also runs its own buses from several points in the twin cities. The college is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) whose students have made their presence felt throughout the Globe by innovation and hard work. Based on the concept of true holistic education and fostering intellectual integrity, Mahaveer Educational Society focuses steadily on providing world-class education. The Society seeks to encourage a new generation of students in a wide range of disciplines with clear Vision, Bold Initiatives, Wisdom, Sincerity, Commitment, Spirit and Drive. The Mahaveer Educational Society has grown multifold over the years, offering several new courses and developing infrastructure with state of the art laboratories. The College offers five undergraduate courses in engineering ECE, EEE, CSE, CSE(AI&ML) and MECH, duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Jawaharlal Technological University, Hyderabad and the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education. EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE Academic excellence is the foundation on which the entire edifice of education rests. To translate the goal of promoting academic excellence into action, the college has evolved a three-pronged approach that would motivate the staff and students by providing them the right direction and suitable support systems.
