Rotarian and Chairman of United Phosphorous Ltd., Padma Bhushan Shri Rajjubhai Shroff is heading Rajju Shroff ROFEL University as Chairman. Hon’ble Shri Kanubhai Desai (Cabinet Minister of Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals, Govt. of Gujarat) is a trust member and the Club Mentor Past Rotary International President Rtn.
