Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to present the assessment in connection with sexual problems, sexual disorders and gender incongruence or gender dysphoria (formerly: transsexuality). To do this, a sexological and forensic psychiatric perspective is chosen. A disorder-specific approach is primarily pursued, which is secondarily related to criminal, civil and social law issues.
