Neuro-Fuzzy Decision-Making Algorithms for Smart Manufacturing, Real-Time Process Optimization, and Adaptive Resource Allocation
Abstract
Smart manufacturing integrates advanced computational intelligence techniques to enhance decision-making, real-time process optimization, and adaptive resource allocation. Neuro-fuzzy algorithms, which combine neural networks and fuzzy logic, have emerged as a powerful approach for handling uncertainty and complexity in manufacturing environments. This paper presents an overview of neuro-fuzzy decision-making models, discusses recent literature from 2023, and highlights key applications in process optimization and resource management. We analyze the effectiveness of these algorithms using relevant case studies, data tables, and graphical representations.
