Abstract
Hybrid cloud environments are becoming a strategic choice for large-scale IT organizations as they offer scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency. However, managing such infrastructures comes with complexities, including governance, security, orchestration, and cost control. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the strategies and challenges involved in managing hybrid cloud environments for enterprises. It reviews the current research and industry trends, examines the adoption frameworks, and presents an operational model for effective hybrid cloud management. Results demonstrate that integrating automation tools, governance frameworks, and continuous monitoring mechanisms enhances performance, reduces downtime, and improves cost efficiency.
