Abstract

Modern industrial systems are undergoing a transformative shift with the integration of Smart Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Sustainable Industry Practices, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). These advanced methodologies are revolutionizing production engineering, improving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of these technologies, their synergistic impact on modern industrial operations, and their role in creating data-driven, autonomous, and efficient production environments. We explore the adoption of AI-driven predictive maintenance, IoT-enabled real-time monitoring, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies for waste reduction.
